Subject:
Proposed: 48-Hour Site Load Audit
To capture high-resolution, real-time power consumption data upon contract approval, ensuring the Solar Mini-Grid is precisely engineered for current peak demand and projected 5-year growth.
Eliminates Load Uncertainty Risk
Prevents System Over/Undersizing
Improves CAPEX Accuracy
Strengthens DSCR Modeling
CAPEX Optimization: Eliminates capital waste by preventing "over-sizing." Precision data ensures the client only pays for necessary capacity.
Operational Uptime: Correctly sizes the battery bank to handle nighttime peaks, preventing system blackouts during critical hours.
Financial Bankability: Provides the data required by institutional lenders (DFIs) to validate ROI and fuel displacement figures.
Phase I: Mobilization
Upon contract approval, technical team will mobilize within 3 working days to install industrial loggers — devices that continuously record electrical parameters (voltage, current, power, harmonics) for accurate technical analysis — at the Main Distribution Board. This is a non-invasive process requiring zero downtime.
Phase II: Logging
Once deployed, loggers will monitor electrical parameters (voltage, current, and harmonics) at 5-minute intervals for 48-72 hours.
| Physical Access | Mandatory access to Power House & Panels. |
| Operational State | Normal facility operations (Full Load). |
| Technical Liaison | Designated site electrician for assistance. |
This load assessment has not yet been conducted.
Execution is contingent upon formal approval. Upon contract approval, the technical team will mobilize within 3 working days to deploy industrial loggers for the 48–72 hour monitoring period.
